Refund policy
XXXX only accepts returns or exchanges if the product you’ve purchased arrived damaged.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect purchasing. Please carefully read all of our product descriptions.
To complete your return or exchange, we require the following:
- Photograph(s) of the damaged item must be emailed to xxxxx within 24 hours of receiving the item. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship the item back until the issue has been resolved and you’ve received appropriate instructions.
- The item must be unused, with all original packaging.
- There is no fee to return/exchange damaged items. RM LifeGoods will cover the cost of shipping.
- If exchanging an item, your new order will be processed and shipped within 7-14 days of receiving the original damaged item.
- Exchanged items cannot be replaced with a different item. Exchanges must be swapped with the same item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original form of payment. Then either contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you placed an order on Amazon, please process your return/exchange on Amazon.com.
Etsy Orders
If you placed an order on Etsy, please follow the return/exchange policy on the product listing via Etsy.com.
