Refund policy

NEED HELP?

We want you to love your All Things Mama Designs item! If something isn’t right, you may return your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns are subject to inspection; we may not accept returns that have been washed, worn, do not have the hang tag attached, damaged, stained, have pet hair on them, or smell of perfume/detergent or other strong odors.

Returns

  • To start a return, you can contact us at hello@allthingsmamadesigns.com.
    • Please include your order number in the subject line of the email.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end. The shipping fee to return your item will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. If the return is not sent back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label, you will receive store credit instead of a refund.
  • A $7 restock fee will be deducted from your refund credit if you request a return.
  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 2 business days if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can contact us at hello@allthingsmamadesigns.com and send us a photo of the damaged item within 2 business days of receiving it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, clearance items, stickers, magnets, tumblers or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges are not considered new orders and are not part of any current promotions.

Promotions

Current promotions cannot be prorated if an item was purchased the day prior or leading up to a sale/promotion. Promotions are effective on a specific date/time and end on a specific date/time.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days minus shipping cost and a $7 restock fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Etsy Orders

If you placed an order on Etsy, please follow the return/exchange policy on the product listing via Etsy.com.

TikTok Orders

If you placed an order on TikTok Shop, please send us an email. TikTok Shop does not offer exchanges, therefore, if you send us an email at hello@allthingsmamadesigns.com and include your order number in the subject line, we can help you!
